Position: DGM / General Manager Finance & Accounts For EPC Based Industry

Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

The DGM/General Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for leading the Finance & Accounts function for large EPC projects,

ensuring robust financial controls, statutory compliance, project accounting, budgeting, taxation, MIS, cash flow management,

Monitor cash flow, working capital, fund utilization, and banking operations.

Ensure compliance with Accounting Standards, Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate statutory audit, internal audit, tax audit, and financial due diligence.. The role requires close coordination with Project, Commercial, Procurement, and Business Heads to drive financial performance and profitability.

Education
- CA (Mandatory)
- MBA (Finance) / ICWA/CMA will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 10 to 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.




- Strong experience in EPC / Infrastructure / Power / Oil & Gas industries or Simpler Industry.
- Proven experience in handling project finance, project accounting, costing, budgeting, MIS, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and IND AS.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Robust commercial and business finance acumen.

Alternate Saturday Off - Salary will be negotiable
