We are currently seeking you to build up and manage the operation and maintenance of a Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) business in Delhi, India. This 82km long Delhi-Meerut line will consist of 25 RRTS and 9 MRTS stations. This will include developing a local OM company from scratch to full operations, developing and leading a passionate and performance driven team, steering quality, performance, and customer satisfaction as well as ensuring economic success in India.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth functioning of all MEP systems including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Lifts, Escalators, Travellators.
- Monitor system performance and ensure up time as per SLA/KPI requirements.
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Identify root causes of system failures and ensure timely rectification.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring faults.
- Ensure critical systems (UPS, Fire Alarm, SCADA, etc.) are always operational.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations,



and audit requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.
- Ensure fire safety systems are functional, and integrated systems are tested periodically.
- Coordinate with OEMs and contractors for maintenance and breakdown support.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Verify work completion and certify invoices.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and RCA.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Supervise Junior Engineers and Technicians.
- Allocate tasks and ensure timely completion of activities.
- Conduct training and skill development sessions.
- Participate in system upgrades, modifications, and new installations.
- Identify areas for energy saving and operational improvement.
- Support commissioning and handover activities for recent stations.
