Role Description
The Business Head – International Marketing Organic Business is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. This role leads international marketing and business development for the company’s organic product portfolio, with responsibility for strategy, planning, and execution across key global markets. Day-to-day activities include identifying and developing new international markets, managing export and international sales channels, conducting market and competitor analysis, and overseeing pricing, positioning,



and promotional activities. The role collaborates with sales, supply chain, production, and finance teams to ensure product availability, regulatory compliance, and profitability. The Business Head is expected to build and maintain relationships with international distributors, key accounts, and partners, while tracking performance against business targets and reporting regularly to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Robust foundation in International Business and International Sales, with experience managing global markets and cross-border operations.
- Proven Sales and Export experience, including development of distribution networks, negotiation with international buyers, and achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Advanced Analytical Skills for market research, forecasting, pricing analysis, and performance tracking in international organic food segments.
