Job Summary
RTX is seeking an experienced Manager Digital Technology to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications and system integrations. This role is responsible for driving application development, digital transformation initiatives, and integration solutions across enterprise platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, UNIX, Workday, and ADP integrations, along with proven experience leading technical teams, managing complex projects,
and partnering with global business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using .NET, Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server, HTML, JavaScript, and UNIX.
- Design and develop integrations between enterprise platforms, including Workday, ADP, and other business applications.
- Partner with business stakeholders and Digital Technology teams to define technical solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Drive application modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve operational efficiency and system performance.
