We are looking for an experienced Cost Controller with a robust background in the hotel industry. The ideal candidate should have worked with a well-known hotel chain or established hospitality brand and possess excellent knowledge of inventory control, food & beverage costing, purchasing, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating costs.
- Verify purchase invoices, GRNs, and inventory records.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
- Analyze cost variances and prepare MIS reports.
- Monitor recipe costing, menu costing, and wastage.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Kitchen, and Finance teams.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and internal controls.
- Prepare monthly cost reports and recommend cost-saving measures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce,



Finance, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Cost Controller in a reputed hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Experience with well-known hotel brands or established hospitality groups is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, food & beverage costing, and hotel operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and hotel ERP/POS systems.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹75,000.00 per month
