Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Informatica professional with deep experience in Middleware, data modeling, data governance, ETL, and enterprise MDM platforms. The role will lead solution design and implementation across customer, product, and domain master data initiatives, with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica MDM, Middleware, and related data integration tools.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Informatica solutions, including data models, match/merge logic, survivorship, workflows, and security models.
- Develop and optimize ETL and integration pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, IDMC/CDI, CAI, SnapLogic, and Azure Data Factory.
- Configure and manage MDM hubs, base objects, staging/landing tables, hierarchies, validations, and batch jobs.
- Define and enforce data governance, data quality, and stewardship processes using tools such as Microsoft Purview and Informatica Data Quality.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs.




- Support requirement gathering, solution architecture, testing, UAT, production deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Analyze data issues, recommend remediation, and ensure consistency, integrity, and compliance across master data domains.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical standards, best practices, and delivery quality.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in Middleware, data engineering, data modeling, or MDM delivery, with at least several years in senior technical roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Informatica , MDM, Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDMC, CDI, CAI, CDQ, and related MDM components.
- Experience with Profisee MDM and/or Reltio MDM is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, and Redshift.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, match/merge rules, survivorship, and reference/master data managemen
