Position: Billing Staff
Experience: Experienced candidates preferred
Qualification: Plus Two or above (Tally knowledge is mandatory)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: Kalamassery
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Tally and billing procedures.
- Basic computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
- Positive communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash and digital payment transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare customer bills and invoices using Tally.
- Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions.
- Maintain daily billing records and sales reports.
- Assist in basic stock and inventory updates.
- Provide courteous service and resolve basic customer billing queries
