Job Title: Senior Manager – Human Resources

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead HR Strategy & Team:
- Direct the HR team to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Mentor and develop HR professionals to enhance team capabilities.

2. Drive Recruitment Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, from talent sourcing to onboarding, to attract top-tier talent.

3. Ensure Statutory Compliance:
- Develop and implement HR policies compliant with Indian labour laws.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.

4. Enhance Employee Engagement:
- Design and implement innovative engagement programs to boost morale and retention.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations, grievance handling and conflict resolution.

5. Optimize HR Operations:
- Manage payroll, advantages, and HR operations with precision and compliance.
- Leverage HR technologies (e.g., ATS, HRMS) to streamline processes.

Champion Performance & Development:
- Develop performance management systems and talent development programs to nurture employee growth.

7. Align HR with Business Goals:
- Partner with senior leadership to integrate HR strategies with organisational objectives.

8. Innovate HR Practices:
- Lead the adoption of cutting-edge HR tools and practices to drive efficiency and impact.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, CHRP).
- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in managing full-cycle HR functions.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems such as Zoho, Spine, Oracle HCM, Darwin Box, KEKA or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in migration and implementation of HRMS systems
