Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Promote LESPARO products and expand market presence.
- Identify current dealers, distributors, retailers, and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Visit customers regularly and conduct field sales activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




- Collect market intelligence and competitor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Garments, Textile, Apparel, Fashion, or related industries.
- Experience in the garment industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to travel.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Language Requirement
- Tamil Nadu: Fluency in Tamil (Mandatory)
- Kerala: Fluency in Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Karnataka: Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory)
