About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, proactive, and highly organized HR Executive/HR Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both HR Operations and End-to-End Recruitment, ensuring seamless HR processes while attracting and hiring top talent across various functions. Candidates with prior experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Nutraceutical, or Medical Devices industry will be given preference. However, professionals from any industry with strong HR Operations and Talent Acquisition experience are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from manpower planning to onboarding. • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Apna, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other recruitment platforms. • Screen applications, conduct HR interviews, shortlist candidates, and coordinate interview schedules. • Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality standards. • Negotiate compensation, prepare offer letters, and manage pre-joining and joining formalities. • Conduct reference and background verification, where applicable. • Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. • Prepare recruitment dashboards, hiring reports, and MIS.
