We are currently looking for a:
HR Manager
Your responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end hiring and manpower planning for the
greeneld site ramp-up (white & blue collar)
Provide full-scope HR support for existing Sales/After-
Sales/Admin teams (ER, performance, policies,
onboarding/oboarding)
We oer:

attendance/time oice, overtime, discipline, ER)
Ensure statutory and labor compliance; maintain audit-




ready documentation
Govern payroll via an external provider (inputs, checks,
closures) and coordinate benets

Your qualications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, Psychology, or a related eld.
510 years of progressive HR experience in India,
ideally within manufacturing, plant operations, or
greeneld industrial environments, with proven
experience supporting both blue-collar and white-
collar workforces.

Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business
Partner with end-to-end HR responsibility.
Demonstrated experience in high-volu
