To monitor and execute the entire loom running process within the defined standard of quantity, quality, time, cost, safety, and sustainability.

Job Context Major Challenges

Workmen training is very significant, for new products, procedures, and creating a sustainability culture.
There is a lot of variation in the efficiency of different looms, especially for linen. The variation may vary from 20% to 80%.
Any defects/process inefficiencies in spinning will result in the same in weaving.
Lot to Lot variation is very high in flax raw material.

Key Result Areas KRA (Accountabilities) (Max 1325 Characters) Supporting Actions (Max 1325 Characters) KRA1 Productivity Proactive manpower planning and engagement.
Proper Machine and production balancing in all the processes to achieve the targeted productivity for each shift KRA2 Quality Ensure desired quality of the product in each stage of processing in the shift
Adherence to SOP s in each stage of the process.



KRA3 Cost To maintain desired level of cost of production
Waste Control measures related to process and product.
Controlling manpower cost through planning
Controlling energy through energy saving projects and implementing Kaizens. KRA4 Delivery Ensuring timely charge takeover and handover, along with internal customer and supplier orientation to ensure 100% OTIF delivery. KRA5 WCM Building a culture of system improvement among workmen by promoting innovations
Maintaining the required housekeeping through 5S KRA6 Safety and Sustainability Ensure all process happens within the defined safety sustainability norms
