Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Process Analyst. The Process Analyst will map, analyze, and document business processes across the organization, identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. The role involves gathering requirements from stakeholders, conducting data-driven analysis, and recommending process changes that enhance efficiency, quality, and consistency. Day-to-day activities include preparing process documentation, creating workflows and dashboards,



supporting implementation of process changes, and monitoring performance metrics. The Process Analyst will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, communicate insights clearly, and help ensure that new processes are adopted and maintained effectively.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support evidence-based recommendations.
- Candidates should possess Business Process, Business Process Management, and Business Process Improvement skills to design, optimize, and standardize workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, present findings, and document processes clearly.
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) or workflow management platforms is beneficial.
