General Job responsibilities:Reports to Customer Service In-charge.Attending telephone calls, those that come from outside the hospital as well as from within.Addressing general queries like that of the location of the hospital, location of Various departments in the hospital, where are individual consultant clinics conducted etc. Understanding the nature of the query made by the caller and providing necessary information and/ or diverting the call to the concerned section If required, making outgoing calls on behest of Patients, Doctors, and Staff.
