Test Lead - Testing AGS8 - SME (Jr. & Sr.) Pan India · Full Time · REMOTE
About the Role Act as a key point of contact for test management expertise, specialising in User Acceptance & End to End testing of systems. Understand knowledge and expertise held within the testing team and employ efficiently to actively manage testing as required during the request lifecycle. Manage usage of a variety of testing tools to achieve optimum strategy and testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for test management expertise, specialising in User Acceptance & End to End testing of systems
- Manage usage of a variety of testing tools to achieve optimum strategy and testing efficiency
- Ensure the quality of testing methods and processes carried out are performed to the highest level possible
- Help drive quality business analysis efforts to include a structured view on business requirement production and traceability through to user acceptance testing
- Manage projects and project resources to ensure the delivery of a high quality product in line with signed-off business requirements
- Ensure transparent, timely and effective communication is maintained by the Test Team to all stakeholders
- Lead the overall UAT test activities, execute UAT test cases and test scripts to verify the functionality, performance, and data integrity of the ALIP/RSP system
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues encountered during UAT, ensuring timely resolution and retesting
- Collaborate with the development and configuration teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues identified during UAT
