Role Description
The Service Operations Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for overseeing daily service operations for electric scooters, including coordinating service requests, monitoring turnaround times, and ensuring adherence to service quality standards. The specialist will interact with customers and service partners, resolve escalations,



and maintain accurate service records and reports. The role involves analyzing service performance data, identifying process improvements, and collaborating with operations and technical teams to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction. The individual will also support the implementation of service policies, assist in training frontline staff, and ensure compliance with company procedures and safety guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong Service Operations and Operations Management skills to oversee service workflows and optimize processes.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret service data, track performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage customer interactions and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in automotive, electric vehicles, or related industries is an advantage.
