About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, creative, and result-oriented
Brand Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing brand initiatives while supporting both
B2B and B2C
marketing efforts. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to drive brand growth through impactful campaigns, partnerships, and market initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute branding and marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Ensure consistent brand communication and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
- Support
B2B partnerships
, collaborations, and business development activities.
- Develop and execute
B2C marketing campaigns
to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, sales, and external agency teams for campaign execution.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.




- Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Assist in product launches, exhibitions, dealer meets, events, and promotional activities.
- Support social media, website, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest marketing trends and industry best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years
of experience in Brand Marketing, Marketing, or Business Development.
- Good understanding of both
B2B and B2C marketing
concepts.
- Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office
or
Google Workspace
.
- Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, or analytics tools will be an added advantage.
