Job Description

As an AI Scientist, you will:
- Design and develop Machine Learning algorithms and intelligent systems to extract insights from large-scale structured and unstructured data, including user profiles, behavioral data, text, images, and other multimodal data sources.
- Identify high-impact business problems that can be solved using Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI/ML solutions by defining problem statements, success metrics, experimentation strategies, and measurable business outcomes.
- Build data-driven Machine Learning solutions to improve personalization, recommendation systems, predictive modeling, user preference prediction,



engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue optimization.
- Develop intelligent models that leverage large-scale behavioral signals to enhance user understanding, content relevance, and predictive decision-making.
- Apply state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning techniques across Predictive Modeling, NLP, Information Retrieval, Semantic Search, Learning-to-Rank (LTR), Recommendation Systems, and Generative AI where appropriate.
- Design scalable, distributed, and real-time AI systems capable of processing large-scale datasets using up-to-date data processing frameworks and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver production-grade AI solutions with measurable business impact.
