Job Summary
- Attending to service issues within the stipulated time.
- Installation of equipment within the time frame.
- Proficiency to speak in English.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in handling instruments like tachometer / Digital Multi Meter/ Clamp Meter/ Lux Meter/ Anima Meter/Insulation Tester/PH100
- Experience in Electrical wiring & Assembly
- Ability to read & interpret Electrical wiring drawings.
- Experience in Electrical Wiring and assembly.
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E - ECE/E&I;
- Minimum 1-2 yrs of work experience in Customer service field.
- Willing to travel 15-25 days per month across India.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Control of expenses within the budget.
- On time submission of reports / feedback from customers to CSS Dept.,
- Collection of Customer Survey Feedback forms regularly and submit the same to CRM department for customer satisfaction analysis.
- Attending to monthly review meeting and contribute for continual improvement on product quality / service / documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
