Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the complete post-sales and resource operations lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in an IT Staffing or Recruitment Agency, handling client-facing operations, onboarding, documentation,



contractor management, escalations, and resource coordination.

The role requires solid stakeholder management skills, process ownership, and the ability to ensure smooth execution from candidate selection to project completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational activities for IT staffing engagements.
- Coordinate with clients, recruiters, account managers, and deployed consultants.
- Handle post-selection activities including offer rollout, documentation, onboarding, and deployment.
- Maintain employee records, compliance documents, contracts, and operational MIS.
- Ensure timely onboarding, client documentation, and background verification coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations from clients and consultants.
- Manage contractor lifecycle including onboarding, extensions, timesheets, invoicing support, and exits.
