About the Role

We are looking for a highly creative
Assistant Manager - Conceptualizer
who is passionate about transforming ideas into compelling event concepts and presentations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys brainstorming, visual storytelling, design, and leveraging AI tools to bring concepts to life.

You will work closely with senior conceptualizers to develop creative pitches for
corporate events, exhibitions, government projects, brand activations, festivals, destination experiences, and experiential marketing campaigns
.

This is not just a design role—it is a role for someone who can think, visualize, and communicate ideas.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and themes for:
- Corporate Events
- Brand Activations
- Government Events
- Exhibitions
- Festivals
- Tourism Experiences
- Public Installations
- Experiential Campaigns
- Convert ideas into high-quality presentation decks and pitch documents.
- Create mood boards, visual references, colour palettes,



and design directions.
- Research global trends, cutting-edge event concepts, materials, technologies, and audience experiences.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, etc.) to generate visuals, references, moodboards, and concept imagery.
- Prepare concept sketches, layouts, visitor journeys, and experience flow diagrams.
- Coordinate with 3D designers, graphic designers, and production teams to translate concepts into presentations and final outputs.
- Continuously improve presentations with strong storytelling, visual hierarchy, and impactful graphics.
