Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive, preferably with a background in CAD software sales. This role offers a long-term career path beyond direct sales, providing opportunities to develop channel partners, appoint resellers, expand regional markets, and progress into sales leadership.

Initially, the role will focus on B2B software sales, customer acquisition, and business development. As the business grows, the candidate will gradually take ownership of channel development and regional sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Sales
- Generate recent business through cold calling, networking, digital channels, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify customer requirements and conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, engineering firms, manufacturers, educational institutions, and corporate clients.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up on enquiries, quotations,



and trial users.

Channel & Business Development
- Identify, recruit, and manage reseller and channel partners.
- Develop and support partners to drive regional sales growth.
- Expand CADOPILAR's reseller and distributor network.
- Execute territory expansion strategies and market development initiatives.
- Collaborate with management on pricing, promotions, and business planning.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and strategic partners.

Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development or B2B Sales.
- Strong understanding of consultative software sales.
- Experience working with B2B and MNC clients, preferably architects, civil or mechanical engineers, manufacturers, consultants, EPC companies, educational institutions, or industrial clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
