Responsibilities
- Collect the invoices from the respective departments within the company
- Verify the correctness w.r.t. statutory compliances
- Should coordinate with respective stakeholders and vendors to get the corrected invoice, in case of any errors
- Should have knowledge on raising Purchase Orders (PO) in Oracle
- Should provide required information for filing monthly/quarterly/annual returns
- Should have knowledge on the monthly reporting on the tasks performed during the month.
- Should reconcile bank statements for the payments made
- Maintenance of Accounting Files
Qualifications
- 2 – 3 years in the Account Payable process in an offshore facility or captive centers like Clean Harbors
- This position is for India only
- Hands on experience in Oracle AP module.
- Should have good knowledge in GST, Income Tax TDS provisions, credit/debit notes and bookkeeping.
