About the Role:

We're seeking a General Manager – Brands to lead the end-to-end growth and profitability of a global brand portfolio. This is a business leadership role where you'll own the complete P&L;, drive marketplace growth across Amazon US and Walmart, and work closely with cross-functional teams to scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

? Own the complete P&L; for assigned brands, driving sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and EBITDA improvement.

? Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for Amazon US, Walmart, and other international marketplaces, including category expansion and market penetration.

? Lead marketplace optimization through Amazon SEO, Buy Box strategy, A+ Content, listing optimization, and conversion enhancement.

? Oversee high-value Amazon PPC & DSP campaigns, optimizing ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, and overall marketing performance.





? Partner with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure inventory planning, forecasting, and high in-stock availability across global warehouses.

? Lead and mentor Brand Managers while collaborating with Creative, Technology, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to execute business strategy and deliver growth.

Requirements:

✅ 12+ years of experience in Brand Management, E-commerce, Marketplace, or General Management roles.

✅ Strong experience managing Amazon US, Walmart Marketplace, or other international e-commerce platforms.

✅ Proven track record of owning P&L;, driving business growth, and managing high-performing consumer brands.

✅ Robust analytical skills with expertise in Excel, financial modeling, business analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred:

⭐ Experience with a Brand Aggregator, Marketplace-first business, or high-growth D2C brand.
