Role Description
The Executive Assistant Sales Marketing role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The role involves providing day-to-day executive administrative support to sales and marketing leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel and logistics. The Executive Assistant will prepare and maintain expense reports, track approvals, and support documentation for sales and marketing activities.



Responsibilities also include drafting and formatting communications, assisting with presentations and reports, maintaining records and databases, and liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. The role requires proactive follow-up on action items, support for sales and marketing events, and adherence to company policies and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

5-6 Field visits on daily basis.
- Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, scheduling, and office coordination.
- Candidates should possess experience in Executive Support, including handling sensitive information, supporting senior leadership, and coordinating cross-functional activities.
