About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and analytical Performance Marketer with 2–4 years

of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a

demonstrated track record of driving measurable business outcomes, including

online sales for D2C brands and qualified lead generation for service-based

businesses, through strategic paid media campaigns on Google and Meta platforms.

This role demands a professional who is equally proficient in campaign strategy,

execution, scaling, and performance tracking, with a strong command of tools such

as GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel.

Job Description:

As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management

of paid media campaigns from initial planning and account setup through to

optimisation and scaling. You will work across diverse industries, managing

campaigns for both direct-to-consumer product brands and service-oriented

businesses. This role requires a high degree of analytical thinking, commercial

awareness,



and platform expertise to consistently deliver against defined KPIs and

business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution:
Develop, plan, and launch performance

marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads from the ground up.

Own the full campaign lifecycle, including goal setting, audience strategy,

creative briefing, budget allocation, and go-live management.

Campaign Scaling:
Systematically identify high-performing campaigns, ad

sets, and creatives, and apply structured scaling methodologies to grow

results while maintaining efficiency across key metrics.

D2C Sales Campaigns:
Design and manage paid campaigns with a primary

objective of driving online product sales. This includes Google Shopping,

Search, Performance Max, Meta Advantage+ Shopping, and agile

catalogue campaigns tailored for e-commerce.

Lead Generation Campaigns:
Plan and execute lead generation campaigns

for service-based businesses across secto
