Job Title: AV Technician
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate and manage all AV systems in the seminar hall, complete setup including mixers, controllers, microphones, and speakers.
Handle audio mixing and playback for events, ensuring high-quality sound output.
Manage video systems such as cameras, projectors, and signage displays.
Perform setup and configuration of AV equipment before events.
Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues during events to ensure smooth execution.
Coordinate with faculty, event organizers, and external vendors for AV requirements.
Support live streaming, recording event setups (if required).
Ensure proper shutdown and maintenance of equipment after events.
Maintain inventory and report any faults or damages in AV equipment.
Candidate Requirements:
Diploma/Graduate (IT/Electronics preferred)
Basic knowledge of AV systems and equipment
Hands-on AV experience preferred
Ability to troubleshoot basic issues quickly
