We are hiring an experienced **Team Leader – IT Recruitment** with a strong background in handling recruitment teams within a consultancy environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both **Contract-to-Hire (C2H)** and **Permanent hiring**, along with proven team management and delivery capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of IT recruiters
* Allocate requirements and monitor team performance against hiring targets
* Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and Permanent positions
* Conduct daily/weekly team meetings, performance reviews, and pipeline discussions
* Mentor recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening techniques, and candidate management
* Ensure adherence to recruitment processes, SLAs, and quality standards
* Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures
* Track recruitment metrics and share MIS/reports regularly
* Support team training, development, and productivity improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
* 2 to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment
* Proven experience in team handling/people management within a consultancy environment
* Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruitment team
* Hands-on experience in both Contract-to-Hire (C2H) and Permanent staffing
* Solid understanding of IT technologies, technical roles, and hiring trends
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
