Internship Description: Vegacap Consultants Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Master’s or doctoral student, recent postgraduate, or early-career researcher with strong quantitative capabilities and an interest in psychometrics, behavioural science and technology-enabled assessment.

The intern will work with VegaCap’s research and product-development team to design, test, validate and improve psychometric and workforce-assessment solutions.
