About the Role

As a
University Relations & Partnerships Executive
, you will lead BAOIAM's institutional outreach efforts by establishing partnerships with colleges, universities, academic bodies, and key stakeholders.





This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong network within educational institutions and understands how to navigate decision-making processes to successfully close collaborations and ensure their effective execution.

You will represent BAOIAM in meetings, negotiate partnership opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure every collaboration delivers tangible outcomes for both the institution and its students.

Key ResponsibilitiesUniversity & College Partnerships
- Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.
- Build solid relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Principals, Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), and Career Services teams.
- Lead discussions, presentations, and negotiations with institutional stakeholders.

- Drive end-to-end partnership lifecycle—from prospec
