Marketing & Reservations Executive — Spectra Hospitality Services (Gurgaon)

We're hiring a Marketing & Reservations Executive to join our team in Gurgaon.

Spectra Hospitality Services is a hospitality consulting firm working with hotel owners, investors and developers across India — from feasibility, concept development and brand tie-ups at the planning stage, through pre-opening and launch, to operations oversight and asset management once a property is running.

This role sits at the point where marketing meets revenue. You'll drive the digital presence of our brands and properties,

own the enquiries that presence generates — so you see the full loop from a post going live to a booking being confirmed.

This is deliberately not a narrow specialisation. Over time you'll touch content, social media, paid advertising, influencer and PR outreach, website development — and the reservations function on the other side of it. You'll come out with a genuine,



well-rounded understanding of how marketing and revenue work together in hospitality.

What you'll work on

*Marketing*
- Creating and publishing content across digital platforms, tailored to each brand's voice
- Planning and maintaining social media calendars across properties and brands
- Coordinating photoshoots end-to-end — scheduling, briefing, on-ground coordination, follow-ups
- Influencer identification, outreach and collaboration management
- Supporting PR outreach for properties and brands
- Assisting with Google Ads and paid social campaigns — setup, monitoring, optimisation
- Website updates, content uploads and coordination with developers/designers

*Reservations*
- Managing inbound reservation enquiries across calls, email, WhatsApp and social channels
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings; timely, skilled follow-up
- Maintaining rates, availability and inventory across booking platforms and OTAs
- Coordinating with property teams on guest
