The Anti-Bribery Anti-Corruption (ABAC) Compliance Manager is responsible for leading and supporting the companys global ABAC program-related efforts. This position will be responsible for managing various ABAC program-related initiatives, including but not limited to:
Third-Party Due Diligence Program:
- Leverage technology and AI-tools to enhance process and tools used to support on-going look-back of existing vendor/supplier base to determine additional due diligence requirements based on risk workplace
- Manage automated due diligence program implementation efforts
- Support on-going due diligence program enhancements to ensure alignment with Amgens risk profile
Third Party Global Distributor Co-Promoter Programs:
- Lead continuous assessments of and enhancement to distributor co-promoter program requirements mitigating ABAC risks
- Effectively partner cross-functionally with Global Commercial Operations (GCO), Law, Finance, and regional WCBE compliance leads in driving established role and responsibilities
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on program governance and associated requirements
- Design and conduct risk-assessments of global distributor landscape
- Lead communication efforts to key stakeholders regarding program utilization and status of current year commitments
