About the Role:
As a Student Course Counsellor, you'll guide prospective students in choosing the right courses, understand their career goals, and convert enquiries into admissions by delivering an outstanding counselling experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students about courses and career pathways
- Handle walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, website & online enquiries
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions
- Recommend suitable courses based on student needs
- Maintain accurate student records in CRM/Excel
- Coordinate admission documentation and fee collection
- Achieve monthly admission & counselling targets
- Build strong relationships with students & parents
- Collaborate with marketing & academic teams during events
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Admission Counselling, or Education Industry
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Robust convincing & negotiation abilities
- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving admission goals
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Knowing Hindi is Must
