The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and driving enterprise-wide technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and making an immediate impact within our Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise solutions based on Microsoft technologies.
- Provide technical leadership across Microsoft platforms and cloud services.
- Assess the current technology landscape and recommend improvements and modernization initiatives.
- Work closely with engineering, infrastructure, security, and business teams to deliver strategic technology solutions.
- Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.




- Support digital transformation initiatives and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges and provide architectural guidance.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with security, compliance, and operational requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture.

Required Skills
- Extensive hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies and platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server, Identity & Access Management, and enterprise integration.
- Experience with cloud architecture, hybrid environments, and infrastructure modernization.
- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Microsoft certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified, etc.) are highly desirable.
