We are seeking an experienced
Manager – Information Technology (SAP & Digital Transformation)
with
15+ years of experience
(preferably from Manufacturing / Automotive background sector) to lead and oversee SAP ECC systems & drive digitalization initiatives. This role requires:
1. Strong SAP functional expertise and leadership skills to guide cross-functional IT teams.
2. A visionary leader who has bridged the gap between legacy
SAP ECC
environments and the contemporary
SAP
S/4HANA
ecosystem, while integrating cutting-edge technologies like
IoT
and
Automation solution
to drive operational excellence.
3. Overseeing our current SAP ECC landscape while spearheading the strategic migration and optimization of SAP S/4HANA.
4. The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep technical functional knowledge, robust project management expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing
teams of 20+ consultants
and internal stakeholders.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*SAP ECC Management*
- Oversee the overall performance, stability, and enhancement of SAP ECC systems
- Possess
deep functional expertise in at least two SAP modules
(e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, QM & PM)
- Maintain
working knowledge of all major SAP modules
to effectively guide and support the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into SAP improvements
- Ensure best practices, compliance, and system optimization
- Operational Automation -
Identify and implement process automation opportunities within the SAP landscape to reduce manual intervention and increase shop-floor efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management -
Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, business units and external vendors/partners.
