Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and driven Manager – Communications to lead content strategy and storytelling across the Zoo Media Network.



This role is responsible for building compelling narratives that showcase our people, work, culture, and achievements while strengthening the Zoo brand across internal and external communication channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller who can collaborate across teams, identify impactful stories, and bring them to life through engaging content formats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy and editorial calendar aligned with business priorities, brand objectives, and audience engagement goals.
- Create compelling content across multiple formats, including articles, blogs, newsletters, social media, videos, podcasts, and internal communications.
- Partner with teams across the Zoo Media Network to identify stories, case studies, campaigns, achievements, and thought leadership opportunities.
