Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 13 application support for HIMS modules (EMR/EHR, Registration, Bill-

ing, LIS, RIS, Pharmacy, etc.)
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and resolve application issues

within SLA
- Support end users (doctors, nurses, admin staff) through ticketing systems, calls, and on-

site assistance
- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Configure, test, and deploy HIMS application updates, patches, and enhancements
- Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for escalations and system upgrades
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and user manuals
- Support data integrity, backups, and system security compliance
- Assist in UAT, system integrations, and go-live support
- Train users on application functionality and best practices
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, NABH,

etc.)
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, Odoo, Net-

Suite, etc.)
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-

Cash,



HR, etc.)
- Experience with SQL / database queries for troubleshooting and reporting
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware
- Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments
- Experience with ticketing and ITSM tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Remedy, etc.)
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies
- Understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with backup, antivirus, and monitoring toolsRole & responsibilities
