About the Role

This is a support role to our advisory team — and a proving ground. We're not hiring an intern to make coffee runs. You'll work directly with HNI clients and prospects, build the materials our advisors rely on, and run the systems that keep the practice moving. Perform well, and this internship converts into a full-time Wealth Associate offer (PPO).

What You'll Do

Connect with high-net-worth individuals to understand their product and service needs (needs discovery — not advice)

Prepare financial documents, presentations, and training material for the advisory team

Own CRM handling — data hygiene, follow-ups, pipeline tracking

Support advisors on other tasks as they come up

Must Have

Pursuing or completed a degree in finance, commerce, or economics





Confident and polished on calls with senior, successful individuals

Solid Excel and PowerPoint; sharp attention to detail

Genuine interest in markets and wealth management

Nice to Have

CFA L1 / NISM certifications (or working toward the NISM-XA/XB Investment Adviser exams)

Prior exposure to wealth management, broking, or financial services

Understanding of the SEBI RIA framework
