Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining solid relationships with prospective and existing clients, and promoting Nextbrain’s web, mobile, UX, and digital marketing services.



The Business Development Manager will conduct market research, qualify leads, prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Day-to-day activities include working closely with the technical and design teams to understand service capabilities, creating go-to-market plans, tracking the sales pipeline, and providing accurate revenue forecasts. The role also includes setting measurable business development goals, representing the company in virtual meetings and industry events, and contributing feedback to improve offerings and client satisfaction.
