LinkedIn Outreach Executive
to help generate leads and build meaningful business connections through LinkedIn. The ideal candidate should have experience in LinkedIn prospecting, personalized outreach, and relationship building to support business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients using LinkedIn and other qualified platforms.
- Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects through consistent follow-ups.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Track outreach performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Stay updated with LinkedIn best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prospecting techniques (preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to craft personalized outreach messages.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Knowledge of lead generation tools and CRM software.
- Ability to research target industries and decision-makers.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
