About the Role

Were looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Expert with 2+ years of experience generating quality leads for both domestic and international markets. Youll be responsible for identifying potential clients, building outreach strategies, and creating a strong sales pipeline for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels
- Identify and research potential clients in domestic and international markets (US, UK, Australia, Middle East, etc.)




- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer, and other B2B portals
- Run and manage email marketing/outreach campaigns for lead generation
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (BANT / ICP) before passing to the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and prospect information
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align lead-gen strategies with business goals
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation metrics (response rate, conversion rate, pipeline value)
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices
- Achieve monthly/quarterly lead generation and conversion targets
Required Skills Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, business development, or inside sales (domestic international)
- Proven experience in cold calling, email outreach
