- The responsibilities of Construction E&I-; HOD : The head for this activity reports directly to the HOD Construction & Subcontracting. His responsibilities are mentioned below: • Overall In charge for execution of Electrical & Instrumentation projects. • Contracts Management. • Project Management. • Resource Augmentation. • Control all E & I project sites from H.O. • Ensure statute compliance within the scope. • Coordinate & resolve extra claims, contractual disputes, check / verify safety / welfare of the personnel working at site, provide / facilitate valuable working conditions & adequate resources for project execution (within policy of the company) . • Plan strategies for project execution,



develop & select an organisation capable of handling projects to meet client specs, contract requirements / scope, develop techniques & introduce new machinery to enhance the productivity & quality of E & I Works. • Source manpower from India & of other nationalities, strategise the mix of nationalities, arrange / plan logistics support, review / finalize out sourcing of services / sub-contracts, develop reliable / competitive sub-contractors, testing facilitators & so on. • Contracts administration of E & I works reporting directly to the HOD–Construction & Subcontracting.
