Digital Marketing Manager

Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, drive customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment (ROI). This role will lead all digital marketing initiatives across multiple business divisions, oversee performance marketing campaigns, manage digital assets, and collaborate with leadership, sales, and creative teams to support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Drive lead generation campaigns while maintaining high lead quality and improving conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and ROAS.




- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of marketing spend.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and website traffic.
- Oversee website performance, user experience, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Work closely with developers to improve website functionality, speed, and overall digital experience.
- Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements based on user behavior.

Content & Social Media Marketing
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies across websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Manage the company's social media presence to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and video editors to create high-quality marketing materials.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channel
