Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our recruitment business. You will be responsible for generating leads, identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with potential and existing clients, and promoting our recruitment services. Your role will also include managing email marketing campaigns, contributing to digital marketing efforts, and enhancing our brand presence in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients (both companies and hiring managers) who require recruitment services. Actively engage with leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking to convert them into long-term clients.
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, expand existing client accounts, and meet sales targets. Build relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand their staffing needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Email Marketing Campaigns:



Plan and execute email marketing strategies to engage recent clients, nurture relationships with existing clients, and increase brand awareness. Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns for higher conversion rates.
- Digital Marketing Brand Promotion: Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, social media, content marketing) to promote the company's recruitment services and enhance brand recognition.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, understand evolving staffing needs, and provide exceptional service. Act as a trusted advisor to clients in managing their talent acquisition requirements.
