Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations for on-site teams at the Fitspire office in Delhi. This full-time role includes supporting HR management processes, administering HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and assisting with personnel management activities. The specialist will coordinate recruitment and onboarding, maintain employee records, and help ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations. The role also involves addressing employee queries, supporting performance management, and contributing to employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR processes and daily operations.
- Experience creating, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies that align with organizational goals and legal requirements.
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration,



including enrollment, communication, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting performance and engagement initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRIS or HR software, basic data reporting skills, and proficiency with standard office productivity tools.
- Solid interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work respectfully with diverse teams.
- Understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices; prior experience in health, wellness, or consumer products sectors is a plus.
