Proxgy is an Indian deeptech startup based in Gurugram, specializing in the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). Founded in 2020 by Pulkit Ahuja, we create smart wearables and safety products designed to enhance the productivity and safety of the blue-collar workforce. We are currently scaling, backed by marquee investors, and building a high-performance culture that values output over hours and ownership over process.

The Role

We aren't looking for a traditional "HR" person. We are looking for a People Architect. This is a hybrid, high-impact role that combines Talent Acquisition (TA) and Talent Management (TM). You will own the "Human Engine" of Proxgy, from identifying top-tier technical talent to ensuring that our culture of "no shortcuts" and deep-tech innovation is embedded into every employee’s journey.

What You Will Do
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Drive aggressive, high-quality hiring for technical and business roles. You won't just post jobs; you will source, vet, and close candidates who match our 'builder' DNA.
- Culture & Performance:



Design and implement performance feedback loops that feel like product development—iterative, data-driven, and focused on growth.
- Employer Branding: Articulate the Proxgy story to the market, ensuring that potential candidates understand our mission, our technology, and our high-bar environment.
- Employee Lifecycle: Own the entire journey—onboarding, engagement, and development. Ensure that every new hire is effectively integrated into our 'force multiplier' culture.
- Operational Agility: Build lean, effective HR processes that support, rather than hinder, engineering and product velocity.
