Senior AI-Accelerated Software Engineer
to take complete ownership of the development and DevOps of our enterprise
Talent AI Platform
. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on autonomy, delivers production-ready solutions, and enjoys building modern AI-powered applications.
*What You'll Do*
· Own end-to-end platform development across the full stack
· Build scalable applications using React, TypeScript, Python, and SQL
· Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and backend services
· Manage Azure-based deployments and CI/CD pipelines
· Own DevOps, release management, and environment promotions (Dev → UAT → Production)
· Build integrations with enterprise applications such as Salesforce and Workday
· Implement authentication using Entra ID/OAuth
· Use AI development tools (Copilot, Azure AI, etc.) to accelerate software delivery
· Deliver high-quality, production-ready code with minimal supervision
*Required Skills*
· 10+ years of software development experience
Strong expertise in:
o React & TypeScript
o Python
o SQL
o Azure Cloud
o Git/GitHub Enterprise
o CI/CD & DevOps
· Experience integrating enterprise platforms (Salesforce, Workday, or similar)
· Knowledge of OAuth / Microsoft Entra ID
· Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools in real-world software delivery
· Ability to independently own projects from design through production
*Nice to Have*
· Healthcare IT experience (FHIR, HL7, CCD, HIPAA)
· Experience with LLMs, RAG, or AI Agents
· Document Processing, OCR, or Data Pipeline experience
