Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage relationships with existing clients to identify their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Process loan applications from start to finish, ensuring timely disbursement of funds.
- Meet sales targets by cross-selling other banking products such as credit cards, insurance, etc.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in affordable housing finance or related field (home finance).
- Robust understanding of mortgage loans, housing loan, LAP (Loan Against Property), HL (Home Loan) concepts.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and negotiation.
