Role Description
The Relationship Manager – Life Insurance / Health Insurance / Motor Insurance is a full-time, in office role based in Gwalior. This role involves building and managing relationships with customers, understanding their protection needs,



and recommending suitable insurance products across life, health, and motor categories. The Relationship Manager will guide customers through the end-to-end sales and service journey, including policy selection, documentation support, and claim assistance, ensuring a smooth and transparent experience. Responsibilities include generating leads, following up on inquiries, conducting product presentations, and collaborating with internal teams and insurance partners to resolve customer queries. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, meeting sales and service targets, and staying updated on product features, regulatory norms, and market developments.
