Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graphic Designer at Genesis. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital campaigns, events, and community initiatives, including social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining brand-aligned visuals, designing logos and event identities, selecting and applying typography, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to translate concepts into clear, engaging designs.



The role also involves preparing files for various platforms, iterating on feedback from stakeholders, and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints in the Web3 ecosystem.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create clear, impactful visual assets for digital channels.
- Experience with Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive visual identities for programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in Typography, including font selection, hierarchy, and layout for digital and print materials.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar software)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with openness to feedback and iterative design processes.
